5 Recipes I Can’t Wait To Make This Fall

Hi y’all! Today I’m sharing 5 recipes I can’t wait to make this fall (& winter!).

Every Sunday I have to sit down and plan out all of our meals for the week — this makes my week go SO much smoother when I know exactly what we are having and makes grocery runs a maximum of twice a week!

I’m always experimenting and trying new things in the kitchen — while also keeping things on a budget, keeping it under 30ish minutes to make, and having minimal cleanup 🙂

So here are a few I can’t wait to try:

1. Creamy Roasted Bell Pepper Chicken Pasta

From Half-Baked Harvest

Creamy Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Pasta

This recipe looks so comforting and delicious! Grant and I both LOVE red bell peppers so this is sure to be a hit.

2. Spicy Miso Chicken Katsu Ramen

From Half-Baked Harvest

I always see Brighton Butler making this and it always looks SO good. Another one that seems so yummy and comforting! & I’m trying to expand my knowledge on ramen as we don’t make it often!

3. Chipotle Chili with Honey Cheddar Cornbread

From The Original Dish

I think this one pretty much speaks for itself… I mean, it had me at “honey cheddar cornbread” lol!

Chili season is my favorite and I’m always on the hunt for the best chili recipe. Will keep y’all posted on this one!

4. Baked Sage Chicken Meatballs with Parmesan Orzo

From The Original Dish

Baked Sage Chicken Meatballs with Parmesan Orzo

I have actually already made this one and it absolutely blew me (& Grant) away! I already got the ingredients to make it again soon!

This recipe is so divine and makes your house smell so heavenly! 10/10 from me.

5. Crispy Salmon with Winter Salsa

From Heather Christo

Cripsy Salmon with Winter Salsa

I love salmon and I love cooking it because it usually takes no time at all! This recipe looks so easy and delicious! I’d probably serve it over rice or with a side salad 🙂

What are some of your go-to recipes for fall or just in general? I’m always looking for new ideas!
