8 Easy Trader Joe’s Meals We’ve Tried & Loved

Hi y’all!

We currently do not have a Trader Joe’s in Mississippi so I’ve been LOVING having TJ’s as my local grocery store here in Boston!

Trader Joe’s has made our lives so easy. They have such a great selection of pre-made things that are easy to heat up & tastes like you’ve been working on it all day!

I thought it would be fun to share our favorite, easy Trader Joe’s meals so far! I found these on various platforms — some from Tik Tok, Instagram, as well as articles I found on Google.

6. Carnitas Tacos

Ingredients:

  • Carnitas (I find mine in the pasta/ravioli section)
  • Cole slaw kit
  • tortillas
  • if you like a sauce with everything, like my husband does, the Sriracha roasted garlic BBQ sauce is really good with this!

Make the cole slaw kit.

Assemble your tortillas with carnitas, Cole slaw, and topped with the BBQ sauce if you like!

7. Lemon Rosemary Spatchcock Chicken

We made this recently and it was DIVINE!

Ingredients:

  • pre made lemon rosemary spatchcock chicken
  • a salad kit or roasted broccoli would be a good veggies with this!
