Good & Grateful List // No. 12

Hi y’all! I hope everyone had a merry Christmas! As this year is coming to a close, I thought I’d share my last Good & Grateful List for 2021.

1. Moving

I am so grateful for our move to Boston and our move to Dallas.

We were so sad to leave some fo the friends we had made in Boston but ultimately, we knew moving would be for the best.

Boston was a great time, but we are SO thankful we were able to move before the winter.

Both of those moves taught us so much about ourselves and about each other and we are so thankful for that! God’s timing with everything is always perfect even if it doesn’t always align with your personal plan.

2. Having a car

Don’t ever take having a car for granted, y’all! Having a car, now, has been amazing.

I can’t even imagine right now, in Boston, having to walk to the grocery store in the freezing cold and snow…

3. Good Health

Knock on wood… But, Grant and I both have felt the best we have ever felt this entire year and we are so grateful!

4. Church

In Boston, I was hard trying to find church we really loved, and there weren’t too many options to choose from.

We are now church shopping again but, in Dallas, there are SO many options and we’ve already been to a couple that we’ve loved!

We are so thankful to be surrounded by such amazing churches and people. We look forward to finding our new church home and community!

5. My blogging community

I know I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again! I’m so thankful for all of you!

Not only has my blog become a place for me to relax and be creative, but it has connected me to so many of you!

I met a handful of you in Boston and it really made me feel like a celebrity when I would hear, “hi! I follow you on TikTok!” Which then lead to exchanging numbers, dinner dates, and now friendships!

My blog keeps me sane (& can also drive me insane sometimes! lol) and I wouldn’t have it any other way <3

Thank you for being here!

Happy New Year!
