My Favorite Whole 30 Recipes

Hi! So. Quick catch up.

I started out the year so excited to do January Whole 30. I did it last year and it was so much fun and was such a great cleanse for my body.

On day 3, I got a really bad headache (which they say is normal because you are detoxifying).

On day 4, I got a terrible stomach bug.

On day 5, any food that didn’t make me want to vomit was going into my body whether it was Whole 30 or not.

At the time, it was Corn Flakes and Chex Mix that sounded good to me.

SO, here we are.. I decided I’m not going to -strictly- do Whole 30 but rather, incorporate a few of my favorite Whole 30 recipes and focus on fueling my body with what it needs (which, occasionally is Chex Mix).

#1 Sticky Asian Meatballs

I made these for my family for the first time last year when I did Whole 30 and they LOVED it! We make it on the reg now.

I found this recipe from Healthy Little Peach via Pinterest.

These are so delicious & super super easy to make! We usually make a double batch (for 7 of us) and eat it with roasted broccoli and regular rice when we aren’t doing Whole 30.

#2 Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This dish is *chefs kiss*

I know it’s suppose to taste more Italian, but it honestly tastes more Indian because of the coconut milk and I don’y know how but it WORKS!

Again, so so easy & yummy! Serve it with roasted potatoes or zucchini noodles for Whole 30 or with regular pasta.

#3 Black Pepper Chicken

I always refer to The Defined Dish cookbook whenever I’m not sure what to make and it never fails! This one always satisfies my asian takeout craving.

This one is little more time consuming but so worth it!

Serve it over cauliflower rice or regular rice!

#4 Crockpot Tikka Marsala

Another Defined Dish favorite! This one is the bomb.com. Grant always asks when I’m going to make this again.. maybe we’ll have it this week!

This recipe calls for a lot of ingredients but really you just throw them all in and let it cook!

I am always surprised how much this tikka marsala tastes like the real deal. So good!

#5 Roasted Garlic Chicken Salad

This recipe is easy and great to prep and have for lunch throughout the week!

This chicken salad is so good on top of a bed of lettuce, in bell pepper cups, or on a sandwich! I like to put chopped up almonds on top for an extra crunch.

#6 Turkey & Green Been Stir Fry

This is another Defined Dish fave and a great lunch option! It takes only a handful of ingredients and a few minutes to make and it’s fantastic.

To beef it up, we like to serve it over rice (if you aren’t doing whole 30!)
